 MTPredictor v6.5 and RT add-ons - Unlock codes

 

This page will help you to understand how the unlock codes work for MTPredictor v6.5 and the RT add-ons. and as such will help you answer the following questions:

  • I would like to install MTPredictor on a new PC - how can I do that ?
  • I would like to find out the unlock code that is being used on this PC ?
  • I would like to remove the codes completely to perform a new "clean" install ?

 

Installation on a new PC

If you have a new PC and simply wish to install your current MTPredictor v6.5 or MTP RT add-ons on your new PC, and (this is important) will no longer be using your old PC. Then you can simply install on your new PC with you same unlock code.

The old code, on your old PC, will then become de-activated automatically.

 

However, if you wish to install on a second PC, then  you will need a second code ($49).

This also applies even if you only have one PC open at time.

 

 

How do i find the code on my PC

If you wish to find out the code you have used on your PC, you can open a file called "MTP.dll.cm" (configuration settings) for MTPredictor v6.5, and "cm.dll.cm" (configuration settings) for the RT add-ons.

 

This file is in a Folder called C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\PR\

 

 

And for Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\PR\

 

 

I suggest you "open" the file using Notepad.

 

 

How do I remove the codes completely

If you have been instructed by Support to remove the codes, so you can start completely from fresh, then

For XP, please delete a Folder called C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\PR\MTPV6 for MTPredictor V6.5, or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\PR\MTPADD for the RT add-ons:

 

 

For Vista, please delete a Folder called C:\ProgramData\PR\MTPV6 for MTPredictor V6.5, or C:\ProgramData\PR\MTPADD for the RT add-ons:
