MTPredictor Ltd Affiliate Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Who is able to join the scheme?
A. Anyone who operates a reputable website, or other online medium, such as a blog, mailing list, forum and so on. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse an application if we feel the website content is not suitable.

Q. I am not based in the UK. Can I still join your scheme?
A. Yes, it does not matter where you are based.

Q. Does the tracking system use cookies?
A. Yes. Like most affiliate schemes, we use cookies to track a customer from where they click on the banner/button on your website to when they make a purchase. Using cookies helps to prevent spoofed referrals, thus protecting your commission.

Q. In the case of an order originating from more than one partner, who gets paid for the sale?
A. We would pay commission to the partner who referred the customer to us first. Doing it like this helps to stop unscrupulous sites from 'hijacking' your referrals. Once a valid cookie is set, it cannot be overwritten until the customer deletes the cookie manually, or until it expires after 12 months.

Q. I'm positive that someone has placed an order with you by clicking through my link, but I cannot see the transaction. What has happened?
A. The most likely explanation is that whoever placed the order had already visited our website by clicking through another partners link (up to 12 months previously). In this case, the other partner will receive the commission as they referred the customer to us first. Another reason the transaction was not tracked, might be that the customer had disabled cookies in their browser. If you can supply us with the details of the order, we may still be able to credit you for the sale.

Q. How often do you send out payments?
A. Payments are made monthly and are processed in the 15th day of the month, and are usually completed by the last day of the month.

Q. My balance is less than the minimum payment amount of Eur100. How can I claim my earnings?
A. Due to high processing overheads, we have had to set a minimum payment amount of Eur100 to reduce the number of small payments being made each month. We can only pay out balances of less than Eur100 when closing an account at the request of the partner.

Q. What are the commission levels?
A. We pay 4% for each completed sale.

Q. I would like to include a banner within my web page, but there is not a banner that fits my website existing style or available space. Can you create a custom banner/button for me?
A. Of course! If suitable, we reserve the right to make these available to our other partners to use within their sites. If extensive design work is required to create a custom graphic, we may decide to charge a nominal fee to cover our costs.
