About Matt Bowen

Matt has had an interest in trading since he was 12 years old, when his grandfather (a portfolio manager) took him on appointments to brokerage firms. He has a very diversified background in finance - his skills are in trading, fund management, software sales and online education. 

 

In 1988, after working as a licensed broker, he left to manage a long/short equity fund with Heritage House Partners and  successfully managed the fund using institutional block trades combined with Relative Strength Risk Sizing models.

 

Matt has traded his personal account successfully for the last fifteen years. He is highly knowledgeable in trading software, trading systems design and Risk management applications. He is a specialist in the practical application of Fibonacci and Elliott wave analysis to market behavior. 

 

He not only has an extensive background in teaching trading methodologies, but also specializes in the E-mini indices, including the mini-Dow®, E-mini S&P500®, E-mini NASDAQ-100® and E-mini Russell 2000®.  Matt's focus is on the basic premise of risk/reward in trading, and how all successful traders use this concept to maximize their profits.   

 

Matt developed a highly effective sales and marketing strategy for Advanced GET™ before being hired by MTPredictor™ as the U.S. Director of Sales and Marketing.
